Information We Collect

When you complete the Restoration Index, we may collect:

• •Your first name and email address
• •Your answers to the 21 Restoration Index statements
• •The three written reflections you choose to provide
• •Your seven calculated dimension scores and condition labels
• •Your consent to receive your results by email
• •Your optional and separate consent to receive marketing communications
• •The date and time of your consent and completion
• •A source label and campaign information included in the link you used to visit the website
• •A randomly generated private results token used to provide access to your personalized reflection

We do not currently collect IP addresses, device details, browser details or information through analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording technology, fingerprinting or tracking cookies.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• •Calculate and display your personalized Restoration Index reflection
• •Save your reflection and provide access through your private results link
• •Send your reflection by email when you request delivery
• •Maintain records of your consent
• •Respond to access, correction, deletion and privacy requests
• •Send optional marketing communications only when you provide separate marketing consent
• •Maintain, secure and improve the operation of the website

We do not use Restoration Index responses or written reflections to provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment.

Consumer Health Data

Some Restoration Index responses and written reflections may be considered consumer health data under certain state privacy laws. Additional information about how this data is handled and the rights that may apply is available in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

How Information Is Stored and Processed

Participant records are stored in the project's Lovable Cloud database. Lovable provides the website hosting, database and managed email infrastructure. Cloudflare provides domain name and website-delivery services.

These service providers may process information only as needed to operate, secure and deliver the website, database and requested emails.

If FG Funnels is connected in the future, it may receive your first name, email address, consent choices, private token and seven condition labels for registration or separately authorized marketing communications. Written reflections, individual statement answers and numerical scores will not be sent to FG Funnels.

Selling, Advertising and Artificial Intelligence

We do not sell or rent participant information.

We do not share participant information with advertising networks or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not use participant responses or written reflections to train artificial intelligence systems, and no artificial intelligence service processes those responses.

Marketing Communications

Consent to receive your Restoration Index reflection is separate from consent to receive marketing communications.

You will be added to a marketing list only when you affirmatively select the optional marketing choice. You may withdraw from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting lovey@loveybradley.com.

Withdrawing from marketing does not delete your Restoration Index record. You may request deletion separately.

Private Results Links

Your personalized reflection is available through a long, randomly generated private link. Anyone who possesses the complete link may be able to view the reflection. You are invited to keep the link private and avoid forwarding it.

Private results links expire 12 months after the Restoration Index is completed. When the associated participant record is deleted, the link will no longer display the reflection.

Retention

Restoration Index participant records are retained for 12 months from the completion date and are then deleted from active records. This includes names, email addresses, answers, written reflections, calculated results, consent records and private results tokens.

Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups according to service-provider backup and deletion schedules. We may retain limited information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent misuse or maintain required business records.

Security

Information is transmitted through HTTPS encryption. The platform encrypts the database and its backups at rest.

Public browsers cannot list, read or change participant records. Personalized reflections are retrieved through secure server functions using the exact private token.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information collected.

Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may request:

• •Confirmation of whether we hold information about you
• •Access to the information associated with your Restoration Index submission
• •Correction of inaccurate identifying information
• •Deletion of your participant record
• •Withdrawal of consent for future collection or email communications
• •Information about the service providers that process your information

Submit requests to lovey@loveybradley.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and locate your record. You are not required to create an account. We will respond without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days.

If we decline to fulfill a request, you may appeal by emailing lovey@loveybradley.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will review and respond to the appeal within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to contact your state attorney general or another privacy authority.

Children's Privacy

This website and the Restoration Index are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information, contact lovey@loveybradley.com so the record can be reviewed and deleted.

Cookies and Tracking

The website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, pixels, fingerprinting or other tracking technologies. A cookie-consent banner is therefore not currently displayed.

If analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are added later, this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are activated.

International Processing

Our business is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

We will not collect, use or disclose additional categories of consumer health data for materially different purposes without providing any notice and consent required by applicable law.
